It heats up quickly just as it says on the website. It is ceramic, no plastics at all. It comes well packaged. I haven't tried it with cheese yet, but it works well with chocolate.
It's like a fondue but more portable and simple, it's perfect for just me. Plus, it washes just like a normal mug or glass.
I bought it to try melting cheeses and it works well. Preferable if you don't want to have to wash an electric one.

At Choco Cup, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. That is why we offer a period of 30 days from receipt of the order to request a return, in addition to the rights you are entitled to by law.
To take advantage of our 30-day commercial return policy, the product must:

- Be in perfect condition.
- Retain its original packaging.
- Include all accessories.
- Show no signs of use, wear, or damage.

- Order number.
- Name used for the purchase.
- Reason for the return.
We will provide you with the steps to complete the shipment.
Once we receive the product, we will verify that it meets the conditions above. If the return is accepted, we will process the corresponding refund using the same payment method used to make the purchase.
Shipping costs for a voluntary return will be borne by the customer, unless we indicate otherwise.
This 30-day commercial policy applies without prejudice to the legal right of withdrawal and other rights recognized to the consumer by applicable legislation.

If your order has arrived broken, damaged, or has a defect, you do not have to process it as a standard return.
We want to resolve it as soon as possible.

📦 A photo of the outer packaging.
📸 A photo of the inside of the package and how you received the product.
Our team will review the case and indicate the next steps.
When there is a lack of conformity covered by the legal warranty, the corresponding solution will be carried out in accordance with applicable regulations.
